Your first dive

How your discovery dive works

A short briefing to get to know the equipment, a few comfort and safety tips, then a 40-minute dive between 0 and 6 metres. No rush: you take your first breaths underwater at your own pace, with your instructor by your side.

Discovery dives are available every day, at flexible times depending on how the day is organised and on when you are free. They are open from age 8, with parental consent. You do not need to be able to swim, and no medical certificate is required: you simply fill in a medical questionnaire.

All equipment is provided, and transfers between your hotel or guesthouse and the center are free.
